Sophie Huang is an award-winning director from Overland Park, KS. Her short films have been screened at festivals and theaters across the country, including the White House and Times Square's AMC 25. Her most recent work, Alien Home (2021), is a two-channel experimental film intended to be watched on two screens side-by-side.

In her other life, Sophie is senior at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School pursuing a BS in Economics with a Concentration in Finance and a BA in Cinema & Media Studies. She interned for Paramount in 2022. She graduated from Phillips Academy in 2020.
